What if a patent has several claims?
A report covers one independent claim. Analyzing two independent claims of the same patent means paying for two reports.
Can I order reports for several patents at once?
Yes. Use the + button next to the search box to add up to 20 patents, check the candidate specs for each, and pay once for the ones you pick.
What if a report can't be generated?
The payment for that report is cancelled automatically. If you paid for several together, only the failed report's amount is refunded; your card issuer may take a few days to show it.
Can I get a tax invoice or receipt?
Yes, tax invoices and receipts are available on request — contact us after your purchase.
What if I need more than 20 reports or enterprise pricing?
For bulk analysis or enterprise pricing, contact us and we'll work out a plan that fits your volume.
What happens if my payment fails?
You won't be charged and no report generation starts. You can simply try the payment again.
